We purchased this site at auction in 2022 and immediately set to work progressing plans for a high-quality supported living scheme.

Following detailed design and technical work, we secured planning permission for 10 units and successfully completed all pre-construction works to bring the site to build-ready status.

We also negotiated and agreed a 20-year lease with a Housing Association to provide supported living accommodation; offering long-term stability and much-needed specialist housing provision for the local area.
