Littler’s view was our first open market new build development. A beautiful scheme of four, three bedroom, semi detached homes. Designed with young families and modern living in mind, we were very proud with the finish and specifications provided on these homes in comparison to the majority of new builds. 

As with any development, there were challenges to overcome, in particular on this site, a combination of highly shrinkable clay and large Leylandii trees along the border which can cause significant issues with foundations and stability. 

Comprehensive remediation measures enabled us to deliver a solid base and a fantastic finished product. No surprise they were all sold prior to completion!
