Along with new build schemes, we also undertake renovation projects for both resale and rental purposes. Situated in a great location in the idyllic village of Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, this bungalow was in need of some TLC. 

And TLC was exactly what it received! 

We went over and above, with a huge rear extension to double the overall floor size. Fresh clean finish throughout, beautiful new bathroom and huge open plan living area to make the home suitable for families of all age profile. Sold prior to completion, this was another successful project.
