We agreed a subject-to-planning deal to acquire this site in 2022, identifying its potential early on for a bespoke supported living scheme.

Since then, we’ve successfully secured planning permission for 9 units and completed all necessary pre-construction works to bring the site to a shovel-ready position.

We also negotiated and agreed a 20-year lease with a Housing Association, ensuring the scheme will provide long-term, purpose-built supported living accommodation for those who need it most.
