We purchased this property at auction in August 2021 and immediately set to work to turn it around ASAP.
As with a lot of old terraced house, there were damp issues, old electrics and no central heating. So coupled with a nice cosmetic renovation throughout, all these issues were addressed and brought up to standard.
After a 10 week timescale we are pleased to add this to our property rental portfolio. On to the next one…
