We were pleased to successfully purchase two plots of council land at auction recently. As always, we got to work straight away, undertaking and all the necessary technical reports to prepare a detailed planning application.
We’re pleased to have now finalised our planning submission to Stoke on Trent Council for 8x two bedroom starter/affordable homes.
