Brookwood Drive, Meir, Stoke on Trent

We were pleased to successfully purchase two plots of council land at auction recently. As always, we got to work straight away, undertaking and all the necessary technical reports to prepare a detailed planning application.

Planning permission was secured for 8 two-bedroom starter/affordable homes across the adjacent plots. Construction was completed on time and within budget, with a successful sale agreed upon completion to a Housing Association.

This project is now fully delivered, providing much-needed affordable housing to the local community, a result we’re proud to have achieved!
