We were appointed in 2023 by RECOM Solutions to take over and complete a stalled development on behalf of a large Housing Association at Broadmeadow Park.

The scheme consisted of 53 residential units at various stages of construction, ranging from completed shells up to first fix, to plots requiring a full new build. Our team managed the remaining works across all units, working closely with NHBC throughout to ensure full inspection coverage and warranty compliance.

In addition to completing the homes, we undertook external landscaping and delivered the public open space areas, transforming a previously distressed site into a finished, high-quality residential scheme.

Delivered in just 18 months, the project was fully completed in 2025, bringing much-needed housing to the local community and helping to bring much-needed housing to the local area. Something we’re proud to have helped achieve!
